Rule 101B
Details to be submitted by self-declaration
: (1) Every police officer who has obtained a permanent residence permit or applied for obtaining such a permit before the commencement of this rule shall self-declare the same within thirty days from the date of commencement of this rule and submit the following details to the office where he works. Must submit :-
(a) His name, surname, service, group, sub-group and present position.
(b) If a permanent residence permit has been taken, the date of taking it or if an application has been made for obtaining such a permit.
(c) Name of the foreign country concerned.
(d) Whether he is willing to give up his permanent residence permit or to cancel the application for such permit.
(2) If the spouse of a police officer has obtained a permanent residence permit before the commencement of this regulation, within thirty days from the date of commencement of this regulation, and within thirty days of receiving such permit after the commencement of this regulation, the relevant police officer shall submit the following details to the office where he/she works. Should do :-
(a) His name, surname, service, group, sub-group and current position,
(b) The date on which the spouse obtained permanent residence permit,
(c) Name of the foreign country concerned.
(3) After receiving the information as per sub-rule (1) or (2), the concerned office shall send the information to the police headquarters within fifteen days from the date of receipt.
